Our goal is to give our customers a shopping experience that is clear, trustworthy, and straightforward. These terms and conditions are here to make sure both your rights and ours are understood, and to keep the entire process- from placing your order to receiving your product- transparent.

1- Acceptance of Terms:

By using the Eraath website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update them from time to time, and continuing to use the site or place orders after updates means you accept the new version.

2-Product Details:

  • Every item is handmade with care, which means slight variations in color, size, or details compared to the photos may occur. These differences are part of the product’s uniqueness, not a flaw.
  • We aim to describe our products accurately, but due to the nature of handmade work, some details may vary.

3- Prices and Payment:

  • Prices can change without prior notice.
  • Prices do not include any customs duties or international taxes charged in the destination country.
  • Orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept several payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
  • We do not store your payment card details after completing a transaction.

4- Shipping and Delivery:

  • Ready-made items are prepared within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom-made or embroidered items take 14–30 business days to prepare.
  • Shipping times vary by destination, usually between 5–14 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5- Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • Custom-made products, earrings, and rare or limited pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer covers the return shipping costs. If it is due to our error, we cover them.

6- Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled unless the issue is due to our mistake.

7- Intellectual Property:

  • All images, designs, text, and products on our site are the property of Eraath and may not be copied or used without written permission.
  • Rights to custom designs created by us remain with the store.

8- Website Use:

  • The site may not be used for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • We reserve the right to remove any reviews or content that we consider inappropriate or misleading.

9- International Orders:

  • We accept international orders while complying with the customs laws of each country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged in the destination country.

10- Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product in question.

  • If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably through direct communication.
