At Eraath, we care about making sure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Every piece we sell is made by hand, so our shipping process is designed to protect your item and ensure it arrives just as it left our workshop.

Ā Ā Ā  1-Order Preparation Time:

  • Since all Eraath products are handmade, we take the time to prepare each item with care.
  • Ready-to-ship items: prepared within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or personalized items: usually prepared within 14–21 business days, and up to one month for complex or heavily embroidered pieces.
  • If you need something urgently, we can offer a faster preparation option for an additional fee. Please contact our customer care team for arrangements.

2- Delivery Time:

  • Once your order is ready, it’s shipped through trusted delivery services.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.
  • Delivery times may be longer during busy shipping seasons, bad weather, or other unusual situations.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.

3- Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

1-Item weight.

2-Number of items in your order.

3-Delivery address.

  • We sometimes offer free shipping, for example, on orders of three or more items or during special events like Egyptian Heritage Week.
  • For large or special shipments, we’ll confirm the shipping cost directly with you.

4- Packaging and Protection:

  • Every item is carefully packed by hand using protective materials.
  • We use gift-quality boxes and pouches for accessories, and premium wrapping for embroidered shawls.
  • Our packaging materials are eco-friendly and recyclable.
  • Gift wrapping is available on request, including a personalized greeting card.

5-Shipping Information Accuracy:

  • Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
  • If you notice a mistake, contact our customer service team within 24 hours so we can fix it before shipping.
  • If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information, the reshipping cost will be your responsibility.

6-Missed Deliveries and Reshipping:

  • If the courier can’t deliver your package, they’ll try again according to their own policy.
  • If your package is returned because it wasn’t collected, you’ll need to cover the reshipping cost.

 

  • You can arrange a preferred delivery time in advance or provide a safe drop-off location.

7- Checking Your Package on Delivery:

  • You can inspect your package before signing for it.
  • If the packaging or product is damaged, do not accept the delivery. Contact our customer service team immediately and send photos showing the issue.
  • If you accept the delivery but later find a problem, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it.

8- Delays Beyond Our Control:

  • Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or customs checks.
  • If there is a delay, we will keep you informed and follow up until your order arrives.

9- Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Customs fees or local taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are your responsibility.

10-Special Product Policies:

  • Earrings cannot be returned for health and environmental reasons.
  • Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to import restrictions. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know.
