At Eraath, we donāt just make products ā we create handcrafted pieces that carry the spirit of Egyptian heritage and the skill of our artisans. Every item passes through careful hands to become something truly unique, as if it were made just for you. Because we value this individuality, our return policy aims to balance customer rights with the special nature of handmade items.
1-Return Timeframe
- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Returns after this period are only accepted if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and its packaging.
2-Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- All accessories, internal and external packaging must be returned exactly as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be included.
- Items should be packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping. If the item is returned without proper protection, a deduction may be applied to the refund.
3- Items Not Eligible for Return

- Products made or altered to your request (such as bead color, engraving, embroidery, size, or name personalization) cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Orders for custom items can be canceled within 24 hours before production begins.
2-Earrings
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and environmental reasons.
3-Limited or one-of-a-kind pieces
- Limited edition or one-of-a-kind items cannot be returned as they cannot be reproduced, unless they have a confirmed defect.
4-Sale items or special offers
- These may only be returned if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
4- Handmade Variations
- Because our pieces are made by hand, small differences in color, size, bead arrangement, or patterns may occur compared to the photos shown.
- These variations are not considered defects, they are part of what makes each piece unique, and are not valid reasons for a return.
5- How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service within 14 days at support@eraath.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.
- Our team will review your request within 2ā5 business days and send you return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back using an approved courier, including all required details.
- Once received, our quality team will inspect the product to confirm its condition.
- Refunds will be issued within 7ā14 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
6-Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind or size preference), you are responsible for all shipping costs.
7- Before You Buy
- Double-check the details of the item (size, color, design) before placing your order, especially for custom-made products.
- If purchasing as a gift, you can request our gift-wrapping service and share any special notes before shipping.
